Respawn are a video game studio based in California. They were founded in 2010 and then taken over by EA in 2017. A few of their most notable games include Jedi Fallen Order, Titanfall, Apex legends and are currently making a Virtual Reality game.

Respawn Entertainment was started by Vince Vampella and Jason West after they were fired by Activision in 2010, after receiving accusations of breaching their contract, and issues relating to the Call of Duty Franchise.
When Vince and Jason left and started up Respawn, they had a lot of people from Activision coming to work with them instead, even after the massive scandal they had a great number of people on their side. Their first studio space was pretty much thrown together with folding tables and not a great deal of high tech equipment, however the team stuck with eachother because the people and the company values were more important to them.
